Dr. Cooper was born in the very small town of Kingstree South Carolina, to unwedded parents and given to her Grandfather and Step-Grandmother. A child of poverty and segregation, she worked the cotton fields and tobacco fields of South Carolina, and was abused physically and mentally. She was often told that she wouldn't amount to much, and that no one wanted her as a baby. She went through enough as a child to turn to drugs, alcohol and prostitution. Rejection from her biological parents, rejection from her family, physical and mental abuse, and the miracle is that SHE DIDN'T, turn to drugs or alcohol. GOD SHELTERED HER THROUGH STORMS. Many young girls look for love by abusing their bodies, but she has been calling on the name of Jesus for as long as she could remember, and He gave her the gift of forgiveness and unconditional love. God was preparing her for such as time as this! She worked very hard in the church, it was her solitude, she felt safe in the church, and was anointed with the gift of organizing, even as a child. She hosted her first Easter program at the age of nine, and hid all of her bruises (the ones that you could see and the ones that were hidden). Now she proclaims that He that dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide in the shadow of the Almighty!!! Proof positive that, when your mother and father forsake you the Lord will take you up. Even though she grew up a sharecropper's daughter, no hot and cold running water, an outhouse for a bathroom, rode on the back of trucks to work in the fields, was a maid at age eight, she was still very popular and well rounded in school, and loved school. In high school she was active in many organizations, learned and performed classical music, sang and played piano and clarinet on the school choir, member of the marching band, the yearbook staff, one of only three girls to drive school bus, and without trying very hard graduated with honors. She wrote many poems and short stories, several of which were published by various magazines. Her first book, which is a Christian novel, will be released in the winter of 2007.

Now Dr. Cooper is living her dreams. She married her high school sweetheart, whom she met when she was sixteen and they have been married for over thirty years. They have two grown sons; Quinton and Kevin and two grandchildren.

Dr. Inetta Jenkins-Cooper established WomenNPower International Ministry Network(www.womenNpower.com), on September 23, 2004 and serves as Founder and CEO. Very soon thereafter, MenNPower Ministry Network and TeensNPower Ministry Network were born. Simultaneously, she serves as Founder/CEO of NPower Records & Entertainment ( www.NPowerGroup.com) Publisher and Founder of NPower Magazine Online (www.npowermagazine.com), CEO and Founder of NPower Television, CEO and Founder of NPower Publishing and NPower Fellowship. She holds a Masters in Business and Ethics and received a Doctorate in Religion from Saint Thomas Christian Theologian Seminary Jacksonville Florida. She answered the call to preach in 2003 and was ordained by her biological Father, Bishop Arthur Pendergrass.
